Payment Information

The Kings Hammer Soccer Club is a non-profit organization. Our fees are set to balance the growth of our Soccer Club with the needs of our soccer-athletes and families.

KHSC Fees are based on a full “soccer year” as outlined below:

Fall Season: August - October (U7-U14)

Winter I Season: November - December (U15-U18)

Winter II Season: January - March (U8-U18)

Spring Season: April - May (U8-U18)

Families have several options when making a Kings Hammer Soccer Club fee payment (listed below).  Those who do not wish to use a credit card are still required to make timely payments following the schedule the Club has set.

  1.  Full payment of balance due
  2.  Payment of deposit and AUTO payment of installments using online payment system, RosterPro
  3.  Pay by check / money order made out to KHSC and mailed to 1018 Town Drive, Wilder KY, 41076. Soccer-athletes name and age group should be included on the check in the Memo line
  4. Pay with cash, dropped off at the Front desk of Town & Country.  You will be asked to fill out an information sheet so the payment can be properly applied.

**A deposit is required to hold a soccer-athlete’s spot. Failure to pay this deposit will result in the spot being offered to another soccer-athlete. ALL FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE once paid. In the event of a season ending injury, fees will be prorated against the remaining season and credited towards the next year’s fees.

**For families that have three (3) or more soccer-athletes in the KHSC, a 3rd child discount plan is available. The KHSC account shall be reduced by 1/3rd (starting with the least amount).   This fee reduction must be requested via e-mail to Nikki within two weeks of accepting a position.

**For families with credits from previous season(s): please note that we will update all accounts once a deposit is made and teams are finalized. Any credits WILL NOT be used as your deposit.

** A scholarship to assist with a portion of the club fees may be available based on financial need.  In return, the family is required to perform volunteer service hours for the Club (i.e. line the practice fields, assist with the adidas Blue Chip Showcase and/or Blue Chip Invitational, and assist at tryouts).  The scholarship application is located on the kingshammer.com website. The scholarship form is self-explanatory. Scholarships are limited so they are handled on a first come first served basis.  Do not delay in sending in your request for a scholarship.  Applicants must pay the initial club fee/deposit in order to be considered for a scholarship. A third child paying 1/3 fee reduction is not eligible for a scholarship.

**FAILURE TO REMAIN CURRENT ON YOUR FINANCIAL OBLIGATOINS TO KHSC WILL RESULT IN THE PLAYER BEING REMOVED FROM PRACTICE SESSIONS AND GAMES UNTIL ALL FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS ARE UP TO DATE.
